What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Keeping you up to date with relevant marketing
The type of personal information that we may collect includes current and historical information including your name and contact details (such as your address, email address and telephone numbers). We will also collect personal information you choose to provide to us directly, or, for example, through your use of our (or our partner’s) Apps or other online services, and information about the contact we have with you in person, by telephone, email or online.
We obtain personal information from your IP address and the operating system and web browser that you use to access our Website. It enables us to identify the location where you visited our Website and we use this information to compile statistical data on the use of those sites to help us to improve the user experience.

The Customer selects the reservation conditions presented on the Website. The Customer acknowledges that he/she has acquainted himself/herself with the nature, purpose and terms of the services available on the Website and has requested and obtained all necessary and/or additional information to make the reservation in an informed manner.
The Customer is solely responsible for his/her choice of services and their suitability for his/her needs, such that Fine Cafe and Bakery S.R.L may not be held liable in this respect. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the reservation upon completion of the reservation process once the reservation confirmation has been generated. The customer can make reservations on third parties applications, and they have to comply with the third party website terms, conditions and privacy policies. We don’t store or use the information provided by the third party applications (name, telephone number, or number of reserved places at table).

Fine Cafe and Bakery S.R.L. don’t store or send your private data to our Delivery Partners. Once you make an online order, your data comply with their privacy policies. The delivery partner offers access to your data, but we don’t use it for private purposes.

When you order for delivery via one of our delivery partners, the data collected is by the partner, not by Fine Café and Bakery S.R.L. The delivery partner may offer access to your data but Fine Café and Bakery S.R.L. do not use your persona data for any purpose other than to fulfil your order.

Pick it up
Once you request an online order from Fine Cafe and Bakery S.R.L directly from the website through the option Pick it up, you offer your phone number in case something happens to your order. We don’t collect your data for delivery, we don’t store then, we destroy it once your order is complete.

How we could use your information
We may use your personal information to contact you online or offline. When you will make a reservation at our restaurant, or via third party websites, you may create an account and you may be contacted by one of Fine Cafe and Bakery S.R.L’ employees. The information we will collect will vary, and might include your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, home address, credit card information and other personal information as defined under applicable law. We will ask you for your consent services that require registration.

Our IT usage and security policy is aligned with ISO 27001 and other security standards, processes and procedures. Our premises are access controlled and our electronic databases require logins and password authentication.
All our partners, staff and third-party service providers who have access to confidential information (including personal information) are subject to confidentiality obligations.
However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take appropriate and proportionate steps to manage the risks posed, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our online services.

Your rights
You have certain rights that you can exercise under certain circumstances in relation to the personal information that we hold. These rights are to:
• request access to your personal information (known as a subject access request) and request certain information in relation to its processing;
• request rectification of your personal information;
• request the erasure of your personal information;
• request that we restrict the processing of your personal information; and

In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once the firm has received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

Contact Forms
If you use our online form to send us a message the information you provide is transmitted ONLY to an email address at Hambar. We will not share this information or use it for any purposes other than to continue the conversation.

Our site uses cookies only to display the content in your chosen language. No other cookies are used.

Services provided by other websites
If you use one of our links to BoltFood, FoodPanda, Glovo, Takeaway.com, tazz.ro or ialoc.ro, these sites may collect information according to their own policies.

We do not process any personal data for analytics purposes. Only anonymized session ID’s are stored in our logs.

Who we share your data with
We will only share your data with the delivery or reservation services we employ (in order to fulfil your request).

COVID State of Alert
According to the regulations we will request contact details of all visitors to our restaurant, in order to facilitate contact tracing if required.
